As the biz dev manager for Unisource, I am always looking for ways to empower my sales team. We distribute paper products, packaging materials and janitorial supplies and while we already have some lead generation tools in-house, the data we have is insufficient. All we have are names and addresses but what we really needed to know is whether the companies in our database were bona fide prospects.

So, there I was shopping for a service provider that could pre-qualify these leads. I had tried one other company first, but the language barrier made it difficult to proceed. That's when I contacted Rich's and although we are a new customer, I am very satisfied with the service Rich's has provided. At Rich's I talked with just one contact throughout the entire project, and it was a very easy process. With just a couple of phone calls, Rich's helped us set up the initial survey and after that I didn't have to worry about a thing. They sent me daily reports, so I could check on the progress they were making, and I then uploaded the fresh data back into our CRM.

I am especially impressed with the way Rich's set up the customer survey. They improved upon our survey questions and went the extra mile to obtain valuable insights about our prospects. The data they produced has proven to be current and accurate as well as detailed, which saves our sales team precious time.

On a scale of 1-10, I'd rate Rich's customer service a 10. When I contacted them, I was working on 5 other projects at the same time, so I had no time to follow up with Rich's on a regular basis. That was no problem, because the Rich's customer service rep I was working with always left me voice messages with key updates. Basically, Rich's excellent customer service fueled me with the info I needed to keep going. They managed the whole project so I didn't have to worry about anything. Once they set it up, all I had to do was watch for the incoming reports.

This was a small targeted campaign, but I can see that we will surely use Rich's for future campaigns as well.
