Rich’s Business Directories Inc, the leading provider of lead generation solutions in California continued its expansion in its key market sectors by announcing the acquisition of Leading Edge Communications Inc (LEC) of Ashland, Oregon. LEC publishes a number of directories and lists covering high-technology companies in the Pacific North-West, Texas, Rocky Mountain region and south-central USA.

The integration and addition of the Leading Edge products now mean Rich’s provides lead generation access to high-technology companies across the whole of the western USA. The companies had previously partnered in a reseller capacity, before Rich’s finalized the acquisition.

The Leading Edge product base will be integrated into the Rich’s data products with a new web service launching in the second quarter of 2009.
